Ralf Siefen
CEO / Management Board
Ralf Siefen, Chief Executive Officer, founded the Data Center Group in 2005 under the name proRZ Rechenzentrumsbau GmbH and built it up into one of the market-leading companies. Ralf Siefen gained his expertise in the planning and realization of data centers in during his professional career with the company Lampertz. There he was responsible for national and international project management for more than 12 years as a member of the management board.
As before, his great passion is the design of secure, efficient, highly available and sustainable data centers that are future-oriented and adapt to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises up to corporations and hyperscalers.
Dr. Ferdinand Höfer
CFO / Management Board
Dr. Ferdinand Höfer is Chief Finance Officer of the Data Center Group and thus responsible for the commercial area of the company.
Dr. Höfer studied business administration at the universities of Regensburg and Dublin. He received his doctorate from the Institute of Business Administration at the University of Augsburg (Chair of Auditing and Controlling).
His previous positions were with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in auditing as well as in various leading controlling fiunctions in the EnBW Group. In addition to his position as CFO at Data Center Group, he is also Managing Director of the Mannheim-based partner company MVV Enamic GmbH and is thus actively involved in shaping customer solutions for sustainable energy supply and decarbonization.
Jörgen Venot
Head of Product Sales
Jörgen Venot is Head of Product Sales at Data Center Products. He has many years of experience with Global Key Accounts and with building international partner networks and has been in the IT and Data Center industry for more than 10 years. Jörgen Venot has a remarkable track record in developing international business, building partner networks and joint venture implementations.
He personally has an international background and speaks - besides the customer language - 5 other languages.
Martin Hüsch
Technical Director
As technical director, Martin Hüsch is the product expert at Data Center Products and responsible for the quality and further development of the products. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of physical security and high availability of IT infrastructures and data centers. Before joining Data Center Products 13 years ago as quality manager and design engineer, he spent several years at Lampertz as technical draftsman and design engineer for security products.
