IT Security Act of the Federal Office for Information Security

The IT-SiG (IT Security Act) regulates that operators and companies of so-called critical infrastructures (KRITIS) have to prove a minimum level of IT security and security organization. In addition, security incidents must be reported to the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). The aim of the law is to ensure the supply of the Federal Republic and to be able to operate critical business processes independently.

That's why the IT infrastructures of these KRITIS companies must be fail-safe and compliant with the highest standards and norms. However, this often poses challenges for those responsible. Our experts advise you on a suitable security concept and on the funding eligibility of the services. We also support you in the development and implementation of your IT security.
